The Champion for Children Tax Credit is a unique tax credit offered by the state of Missouri to give back to those who have helped out children in crisis.
By contributing $100 or more in a single donation to a qualified Crisis Care Center (such as the North Central Missouri Children' Advocacy Center), Court Appointed Special Advocate, or Child Advocacy Center, Missouri taxpayers:
- Help fund services for children who have experienced or are at risk of abuse or neglect; and
- Can receive a tax credit for up to 50% of the qualified contribution.
Your tax credit donation will allow The North Central Missouri Children’s Advocacy Center (NCMCAC) to fulfill Our Mission to Missouri’s Children . . . responding to child abuse through a supportive team approach to reduce the trauma to children and their families.
If you have made a qualifying gift to the North Central Missouri Childrens Advocacy Center in 2024, the tax receipt form MO-CFC will be mailed to you no later than January 31, 2025.
